How It Works
Everything you need to know about how our family Pick'ems works — making picks, scoring, and how the season champion is crowned.
Making Picks
- Picks → Make Picks: choose your name, pick every winner (no spreads).
- Change picks anytime until kickoff. Each game shows a “Locks in” countdown.
- Late picks aren't saved — you'll get a red warning.
- Home shows Who Still Needs to Pick.
Sunday & Saturday — Weekly Winner
- Most correct Sunday afternoon + Saturday picks wins 2 pts.
- Thu, Sunday night and Mon games don't count here.
- Tie for first (2–3 players): 1 pt each. Everyone tied: 0 pts.
Thu, Sunday Night & Mon — 1 Point Each
- Pick the winner and predict the final score.
- Several right? Closest combined total wins 1 pt.
- Still tied: 1 pt each. Nobody right: no point.
Standings & Results
- Most season points at year's end is champion.
- Leaderboard: Season Pts & Overall = season; Sunday, THU / SNF / MON (✓/✗) = this week.
- Picks → Results: green = right, red = wrong, “Upset” = a third or fewer got it.
- Live scores on game days; results tally automatically.
League
- Standings, Power List and Stat Rankings for all 32 teams.
- Red dot = breaking injury news. Tap a team for details.
Research & Model
- Model pick, win chance and projected score for every game; tap for the breakdown.
- Updates several times a week and shortly before kickoffs; each pick locks at kickoff.
- White Retrospective slice = more confident than any pick it has missed.
- Model Record is for reference only — the model never counts in family standings.
