How It Works

Each week, head to the Picks page and select your name from the dropdown. Then pick the team you think will win each game — these are straight-up winner picks, no point spreads.

A game locks the moment it kicks off. Once a game has started you can no longer change your pick for it, so get your picks in early!

The main weekly contest is decided by the Sunday and Saturday games only. Every correct pick counts, and the player with the most correct picks wins the week.

The weekly winner earns 2 season points. The Thursday and Monday games are scored separately (see below) and do not count toward this weekly total.

The Thursday game and the Monday game are each their own standalone contest, worth 1 season point apiece.

1. The point goes to whoever picks that game's winner.
2. If more than one player picks the winner, it's decided by the score prediction — whoever's predicted combined total is closest to the actual total takes the point.
3. If they're still tied on the score, each of them earns 1 point. If nobody picks the winner, the point goes unawarded that week.

That's why you enter a predicted final score for the Thursday and Monday games when you make your picks.

If two or more players tie for the most correct Sunday/Saturday picks, the weekly points are handled like this:

1. A partial tie (two or three players tied for first) splits the points — each tied player earns 1 point.
2. Everyone tied. If all players end up level with no one breaking away, nobody earns points for the week — 0 points all around.

Season points stack up week after week on the Leaderboard. The player with the most season points at the end of the year is our Pick'ems champion. Check the Results page any time to see everyone's picks and how each week played out.

On game days the Picks page shows a live scoreboard for the week, updating scores as games are played. Final results and weekly winners are tallied automatically once every game in the week is complete.
